It may feel foolish attempting to trust your wife after knowing that she cheated on you. But how come you won’t when you still love her?

We can’t just walk away from love and stop what we feel. But then, the issue is trust. So, what’s the purpose of loving if you don’t know how to trust or if there’s no more trust?

At the end of the day, you have no one to rely on with your decisions but yourself.

A Bad Time to Trust?

There actually is a time when it’s not a good time to trust your wife after she has cheated on you. That time will be any time when nothing has been done to address the cheating or solve any problems that may have contributed to her cheating.

In order to resolve the issue of cheating, both parties must be very enthusiastic to sit down and talk about it. Otherwise, it would be a recurring issue.

This time, be very cautious on risking your heart. Think not once but a million times whether to trust her again. Let her feel that trust is very essential so she must build it up, again.

Face It

It’s also important to take notice of the fact that her cheating did not suddenly make her completely untrustworthy on all levels. There are some areas where you should be able to continue trusting her as you always have.

If she can’t prove she’s worthy, try to weigh things. The highest form of thinking is reason. Before deciding things, think of the possible consequences. You must be rational and fair.
