Get Ex Back – Two Top Methods
Your ex left you for one or two main reasons. To get your ex back, you have to know what caused the break up. And, there are only a few main causes for relationships to end.
The first reason relationships end is because you wronged your mate. You cheated on them, you verbally abused them, you ignored them, you fought with them too much. In some way, or in several ways, you wronged your mate, you did not treat them well. This is one of the most common reasons that relationships end. We’ve all probably wronged our mate some, but if you do it in a major way or continually over time then you are going to lose them.
Another big reason for relationships to end is the exact opposite of the first. They wronged you in some major way, like having an affair, or ignoring you, or fighting and being verbally abusive. You had to do something, so you ended the relationship with your ex.
Now you want to get your ex back. Good for you. The first thing to understand is that if you understand the main cause it ended, you are well on your way to being able to get them back. Because each cause needs a different approach for getting them back.
For the first reason, you wronged your mate, the top method to getting them back is a Deep Sincere Apology. This kind of apology is vastly different than just saying you’re sorry a hundred times. It may surprise you, but most of us never learned how to do an effective apology. To begin with, you start with admitting what you did wrong. Fess up to them, without excuses, what you did that hurt them.
Another step that most people miss by a mile is one of the most powerful ways to get your ex back. And this step is to allow your partner to vent. Instead of you talking and blathering on about how sorry you are, admit you did something wrong and then ask your partner how what you did made them feel. Then Shut Up! Let them talk. This is a key part of how you to to do the whole get ex back thing and make it happen. You have to let them release their negative feelings, get them off their chest. Because most people miss this crucial step, their apologies land short. They leave their mates full of lots of anger. You have to let them vent.
Just these two steps are very powerful. They can make all the difference. If you do these before you apologize, you will likely be much more successful. There are more steps which you can learn in a course at no charge to you (see link at end of article). But start with these and you will make a better apology that can get them back.
Or perhaps your ex wronged you. Say they committed adultery. You ended the relationship, but now you want them back. One thing you need to do is vent to them. Tell them how they made you feel by having the affair. This is important as it helps you to release some of your negative feelings.
You don’t want to argue, you don’t want to attack, you want to vent, get things off your chest. So you have to set it up in the beginning to be safe. You tell your ex “I don’t want to argue, I just want you to listen to me, no need to defend yourself here, the point is for you to hear me…” This is key to beginning to deal with however your mate wronged you. There are other steps, but this one is the most important.
There are more steps to these two reconnect methods, but these are some key points. The links below will give you more help and more details on how to be successful in getting your ex back.
