So they’ve told you, it’s over, no going back, we’re finished. Or are you? Sometimes people say things they don’t mean or know to be true. With some help and guidance you can get your ex back by using simple methods and making a new start again.
When they do come to you and explain they are leaving or that you’re split, ask why and then push it, don’t go arguing or using excuses. Let them say what they want to even if it’s lies or you don’t agree. Keep in your mind what they are saying.
The opening move you have to make once it has been established why you broke up is to calmly and collectively agree with their reasoning, say that you understand and agree and that the same had been going through your mind as well. This automatically puts the ex in a situation where they will instantly like you and respect you for recognising the same fault.
Carry on to say that you are sure they will find someone else as will you and that you will forget about it by getting on with your lives and have a great time. The ex at this point may be totally confused, they will also be looking at you in a very different light and this will work to your advantage!
Do not constantly text them, do not complain about them to your or their friends, the word will be twisted and repeated back to your ex-partner making them mad. Never have a slanging match on social networking sites either as they never turn out good.
Some of you may be past this stage but hope is not lost, you do have a chance. This comes in the form of something we rarely do these days, hand write them a letter explaining you agree this needs to happen but you’re there if they want to talk, it won’t be long until they come back to you.
