She will feel shabby, ugly and stupid; whereas she thinks that the other is fun, smart, sexy, and beautiful. She keeps pointing out her flaws and yet is unconsciously saying that the said flaw is a good trait of the other.
Your mission is to convince your wife that she is the epitome of perfection in your eyes and that the other woman couldn’t possibly hold a candle to her.

Your wife will definitely be hurt on a level that she didn’t know existed if she knew that you cheated on her. For her, your marriage is her life and loving you is her air, and by cheating, you have completely polluted and destroyed her life. So don’t expect any trust from her.
There is no way to make absolute amends for cheating but you can begin by making small gestures and taking small steps to apologize for hurting her in order to ease some of the pain.
