Get organized in the plans you make for the week and be sure that everybody is aware of his or her own responsibilities to be kept within the week.

4) Include family time in the plan. It’s easy to be entangled with the going on in the family. Designate one night in a week to stay home, have dinner and enjoy a pleasant and quiet time as a family. This can be a weekly game night, a movie night or simply a barbecue night when you can all get together and roast some hotdogs in the backyard. This is a time for fun and be free of stress so plan out your activities accordingly.
